This scheme has been started, instead of the previous self-employment scheme to improve the economic condition of persons / artisans living below the poverty line. This will benefit the weaker sections of the society to do small business in 5 trades like hawker, vegetable seller, carpenter etc.

- Terms and Conditions
- The age limit of Rajdarshree should be 16 to 60 years.
- People belonging to Scheduled Castes whose annual limit is ₹ 120,000 in rural areas and Rs. Have 150,000.
- There is no income limit for the most backward castes among the Scheduled Castes.
- If the beneficiary or other family members of the beneficiary have availed the benefit earlier under this scheme then the benefit is not recoverable under this scheme.
