Your role is to remotely support the vendors’ other CST activities as well as the daily operations of the new business, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering field support for vendors and audits, ins and outs of stakeholder management. Amazon is rolling out new processes, and running a central control center.
The job requires someone who has the big picture of customer experience in mind and a high desire to take ownership. The job requires a person who has the ability to identify patterns and any disruptions in them, as well as examine details and predict the implications of the data.

Responsibilities
Follow SOP to extract data and prepare reports as per schedule Remotely monitor efficient functioning of assigned sites through out bound calls, emails and coordination with field officers Initiating audits/actions at sites for various operational performances. Prepare and deploy SOPs, analyze data and propose features and procedures Willing to work on weekends.
Education Qualification
Ability to handle vendors as stakeholders/clients with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to set priorities and work under pressure. Must be able to multitask, manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail and have a high ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
Selection Process
